Lead Organization: Qatar Financial Markets Authority

Qatar Financial Markets Authority, in cooperation with the Union of Arab Securities Authorities, shall hold an on-line training program on "Financial Fraud Identification" on 21- 22 October 2020.

This training program is conducted in light of the 2020 World Investor Week of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).

It provides a comprehensive overview of financial fraud investigation, investigation best practices, techniques in investigation planning, obtaining evidence, effective interrogation, data analysis, and investigation reporting, its direct relevance as a fundamental pillar of combating money laundering, and its impact on the quality of suspicious money laundering and terrorist financing activity reports.

The online program will be facilitated in Arabic through Zoom.

تعقد هيئة قطر للأسواق المالية بالتعاون مع اتحاد هيئات الأوراق المالية العربية البرنامج التدريبي عن بُعد "طرق كشف الاحتيال المالي" بتاريخ 21 - 22 أكتوبر 2020 ينعقد هذا البرنامج في ظل فعاليات أسبوع المستثمر العالمي 2020 للمنظمة الدولية لهيئات الأوراق المالية (IOSCO). ويقدم هذا البرنامج نظرة شاملة حول التحقيق بالاحتيال المالي وأفضل ممارسات التحقيق، التقنيات في التخطيط للتحقيق، الحصول على الأدلة، الاستجواب الفعال، تحليل البيانات، وكتابة تقارير التحقيق، وعلاقته المباشرة كركيزة أساسية لمكافحة غسل الأموال وأثره على جودة تقارير الاشتباه بشأن غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب. سيتم عقد البرنامج عن بُعد باللغة العربية عبر منصة Zoom.
