Your Values Your Investment – World Investor Week 2023

As the first jurisdiction to celebrate World Investor Week, the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) of New Zealand will celebrate the launch of the week by ringing the bell at the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZX).

Our theme for this year’s campaign is ethical investing with the FMA aiming to empower investors to confidently make investing decisions that are aligned with their values.

Research shows women, those with a university degree, Gen X and Millennials are more inclined towards to ethical investing, so the FMA has a targeted approach including a sponsored edition of a top-rated personal finance podcast and a partnership with a popular women’s financial advice platform.

Backed by digital advertising, social media content and media partnerships, the FMA will be encouraging investors to ‘check your provider’s ethical matches your ethical.
