The Central Bank of Hungary supports World Investor Week 2024.

This year, the Magyar Nemzeti Bank will join the World Investor Week’s programme with an informative communication campaign. By providing practical tips useful in everyday life, the campaign will help customers economise and save money more efficiently, do their due diligence thoroughly before investing and make well thought-out decisions, as well as protect against online scammers effectively. A thematic group of articles entitled ‘Sok kicsi sokra megy’ (A little goes a long way) summarises the most important things to know about frugality, savings and investments; from the aspects of planning spending through well thought-out borrowing to the topic of money ‘effusing’ due to everyday habits; the campaign also places particular emphasis on the sustainable finance approach as well.

Over the course of the one month-long campaign period, in addition to the thematic content on Financial Navigator, the MNB’s consumer protection website, quizzes, calculators, classic press appearances, PR articles, social media posts, as well as Google Ads advertisements will help spread knowledge relative to effective saving methods, investments and savings to the widest possible segment of the population.
